Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, focusing on pre-litigation phases

• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support claims

• Draft and file legal documents including demands, motions, and pleadings

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case status and legal options

• Collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, and fellow attorneys to ensure smooth case progression

• Ensure compliance with legal ethics and confidentiality standards

• Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, preferably in a pre-litigation capacity

• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a high-paced environment

• Client-centered approach and professional demeanor
