Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Structured Finance and Securitization team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions. Duties

• Represent financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and purchasers.
• Engage in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.
• Focus on repo finance, digital infrastructure, and trade receivable finance.
• Participate in warehouse lending and structured private credit facilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Previous large law firm experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills
