Duties:

• Prepare pleadings and legal documents for commercial litigation cases.

• Argue motions and present cases in both state and federal courts.
• Handle administrative matters and arbitrations, if necessary.
• Provide second-chair experience at trial or arbitration, as preferred.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Demonstrate exceptional judgment in legal decision-making.
• Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Active Missouri Bar license or commitment to obtaining one promptly.
• Experience in state and federal court proceedings.
• Second-chair experience at trial or arbitration (preferred).
• Superior academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to the community.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Missouri Bar license.
