Duties

• Support litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle federal and state court proceedings and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and submissions.
• Manage discovery, including strategy, document review, and depositions.
• Participate in oral arguments and court appearances.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy.
• Manage multiple fast-moving matters.

Requirements

• Clerkship experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
