A law firm seeks an experienced Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its Cherry Hill, NJ office. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of litigation experience, including substantial trial experience, and a strong background in plaintiffs' personal injury law.

Duties

• Handle asbestos litigation matters.
• Manage a caseload from initiation through resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations and case development.
• Draft and argue motions and other substantive legal filings.
• Represent clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective trial strategies.
• Guide asbestos victims through the deposition and trial process.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
• 8-10 years of litigation experience.
• Substantial trial experience as first chair.
• Experience in plaintiffs' personal injury litigation, preferably asbestos-related.
• Dynamic trial skills with a proven ability to take verdicts.
• Exceptional writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong sense of empathy and ability to support asbestos victims.
