Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in immigration law and experience in writing-intensive immigration cases. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Duties

• Lead writing-intensive matters, including RFE responses, NIWs, O-1/EB-1 petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
• Prepare and submit filings to USCIS and other government agencies.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Complete and review forms, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Gather facts and evidence to support client applications and other immigration matters.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an immigration law firm.
• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
