A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience for its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have a background in employment-based immigration, including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs, and a willingness to handle various immigration matters.

Duties

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews.
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals.
• Draft legal support letters and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in immigration law.
• Experience advising clients directly on immigration matters.
• Ability to assist clients with the preparation of petitions and applications for USCIS.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.
