The candidate will have the opportunity to take advantage of a well-developed national platform to expand their own existing client base. Should preferably have experience defending the interests of manufacturers for claims relating to design, warnings, mis-manufacture, and warranty claims. Must preferably have experience evaluating case exposure and advising on federal regulatory compliance, instruction manuals, technical training, warning labels, and other measures to minimize future liability threats. Experience with litigation involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death, economic loss, and defect claims desired. Must have a substantial and self-sufficient book of portable business (ideally $400,000+) as well as a demonstrated drive and the potential for additional business generation. Should be admitted to practice law.
