Qualified candidates will have a proven track record in assisting partners and senior associates in major civil litigation for institutional clients from initial pleadings, through all phases of discovery, and at trial. Experience with product liability, toxic tort, and a catastrophic injury case is preferred. Candidate with MA and RI or CT bar license preferred.
