Job Details:

• Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Interact effectively with co-counsel and clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Take and defend depositions, ensuring thorough and strategic questioning.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and other legal proceedings.
• Draft and review court filings, motions, and legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.

Experience:

3-5 years of litigation experience.
