Job Overview:
A dynamic and rapidly expanding family law firm is seeking a talented and passionate Family Law Attorney to join its team. Location:

• Fort Worth, Texas

Duties:

• Manage a high-volume caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution

• Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies

• Prepare cases for mediation, hearings, and trial

• Handle all aspects of discovery, including interrogatories, depositions, and document production

• Draft, review, and respond to pleadings, motions, and court orders

• Conduct legal research as necessary to support case development

• Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients

• Foster positive relationships with clients, court personnel, and the legal community

• Represent the firm professionally in court and the community

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law (exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered)

• Strong understanding of Texas family law statutes and court procedures

• Proven litigation experience in family court matters

• Ability to independently manage and prioritize a demanding caseload

• Strong commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (required)

Skills:

• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
