Duties

• Strategically litigate personal injury cases by working up case files.
• Draft pleadings, including complaints, motions, and oppositions.
• Draft and review discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motions.
• Prepare, conduct, and defend percipient and expert depositions.
• Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in court.
• Draft mediation briefs and actively participate in negotiating settlements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates.
• Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials.
• Manage and guide litigation assistants and paralegals.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury attorney experience required.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and professionalism.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
