Duties

• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders.

• Prepare witnesses for testimony in hearings and trials.

Requirements

• Active Nebraska law license.
• Experience in family law preferred.
• Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Nebraska State Bar.
