Duties

• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions for state and federal court cases.
• Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Argue motions effectively in court.
• Manage multiple, time-sensitive projects efficiently and collaboratively.
• Take ownership of significant projects and work well within a team.

Requirements

• Admitted to the State Bar of California.
• 7-10 years of experience in water law and/or environmental law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• State Bar of California admission.

Skills
