The candidate will have established research and writing capabilities. Will draft demand letters, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Take/defend depositions or prepare deposition outlines or witnesses. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and others. Collaborate across various teams. Should preferably have federal or state supreme court clerkship; and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must be experienced in all phases of discovery. Should possess a strong academic record from a top law school.
