The greet and engage with clients, guests, and Miller Johnson team members in a friendly and professional manner. Promptly respond to incoming calls and forward them to the appropriate Miller Johnson team member. Present a positive and professional image of Miller Johnson to the clients, guests and team members. Proactively manage conference room scheduling and hospitality needs for meetings and events. Maintain, order and stock supplies as needed. Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and waiting area. Work collaboratively with other team members to perform additional administrative duties as requested. Regular attendance to ensure consistency to meet the client’s needs. High School Diploma or GED is required. Should preferably have 1+ years of experience as a receptionist. Previous experience in a client service field is preferred.
