Intellectual Property Associate
The candidate will provide a broad range of intellectual property and trademark enforcement services to national and international corporate clients before Delaware’s federal and state courts. Must be a mid-level individual with experience in all phases of litigation including motion practice, oral advocacy, and eDiscovery. Candidates do not need to be Patent Bar eligible but should have a demonstrated interest in intellectual property litigation. Delaware Bar admission is preferred, but candidates willing to take the Delaware Bar Exam will also be considered.
