Duties

• Represent corporate debtors, creditors committees, and individual creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Manage client relationships and oversee day-to-day requirements of restructuring matters.
• Collaborate with a team to develop strategic solutions for complex restructuring cases.

Requirements

• Four to six years of experience in a leading law firm handling Chapter 11 cases.
• Experience in a corporate restructuring/bankruptcy department or clerking for a bankruptcy judge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
