Duties

• Handle personal injury cases from intake through trial or settlement.
• Manage litigation and pre-litigation caseload independently.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Maintain regular client communication.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Research and negotiate medical liens.
• Assist with new client intakes and case evaluations.

Requirements

• Active Missouri law license.
• Experience handling personal injury claims (plaintiff preferred).
• Demonstrated litigation experience (depositions, motions, hearings, etc.).
• Strong writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
• Desire to advocate for injury victims.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Missouri Bar license.
