The candidate will manage and supervise the administration of the company’s contracts and contract management with assistance from and cooperation with the legal department staff. Establish contract policies and assess the contractual landscape among various third parties, as needed or assigned. Serve as a legal advisor to the company in various areas, including negotiation, reviewing and drafting of domestic and global contracts, and employment-related issues. Provide senior management and directors with advice on company strategies and instruct on any potential legal and/or regulatory adjustments and implications. Lead and direct all individuals reporting to this position to accomplish department and organizational goals, promote personal development, and provide staff with guidance on performing individual tasks. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana. Should have 6 years of experience in a law firm environment.
