Professional Liability Associate
The candidate’s duties will principally involve handling litigation matters, including trial or alternative dispute resolution, negotiations, experience involving actions before professional regulatory bodies, with a heavy emphasis on defending allegations of error or omission by design professionals, lawyers, accountants, real estate professionals and insurance specialists, among other professionals. Should have 2-5 years of experience. Must have working knowledge of State and Federal civil procedure as well as experience handling depositions, hearings, and reporting to insurance carriers. Excellent advocacy and writing skills are a must.
