• Conduct patentability, infringement, and validity studies.
• Participate in IPR proceedings at the USPTO.
• Communicate with outside counsel regarding patent activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in patent application drafting.
• Registration as a U.S. patent agent with knowledge of U.S. patent procedures.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Background in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, physics, or computer science.

Certifications

• Registered U.S. patent agent.
