Duties

• Represent clients in complex product liability, employment, premises liability, and catastrophic personal injury defense matters.

• Develop litigation strategies, manage case progress, and oversee discovery, including depositions and expert witness preparation.

• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Lead settlement negotiations and explore alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.

• Advise clients on litigation risks and strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and organization.

• Proven ability to manage complex cases and adhere to multiple deadlines.

• Experience with trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
