A reputable law firm is seeking a Real Estate Counsel to handle a broad range of sophisticated real estate transactions. This position involves work on purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, joint ventures, and due diligence. Duties

• Draft and negotiate real estate purchase and sale agreements

• Prepare and review commercial lease documentation

• Structure and document real estate joint venture agreements

• Lead and coordinate due diligence processes for real estate transactions

• Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide variety of real estate matters

• Collaborate with colleagues in a team-focused legal practice

Requirements

• Substantial experience in real estate law, including transactional matters

• Ability to manage complex real estate deals independently or with a team

• Experience with convenience store, family office, or renewables sectors is a plus

• Open to both Counsel-level candidates and Staff Attorneys with 3–6 years of experience

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
