Job Title: Of Counsel Attorney

Job Overview:
A North Palm Beach-based law firm with a growing presence is seeking an experienced legal professional to serve as an Of Counsel attorney focused on real estate law. This full-time role involves supporting a robust practice in both residential and commercial transactions, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team in a client-focused environment.

Duties:

• Handle complex real estate transactions from inception to closing

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and related documents

• Provide legal guidance on property acquisitions, sales, and leasing

• Coordinate with clients, title companies, brokers, and other stakeholders

• Stay current on Florida real estate laws, regulations, and local ordinances

• Manage caseload with a high level of autonomy while integrating with the broader legal team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving orientation

• Reliable organizational habits and the ability to manage deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Exceptional written and oral communication

• Proficiency with legal research tools and transaction management software

• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters
