Requirements

• Proficiency in legal research using Westlaw or Lexis-Nexis.
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Transactional experience in a corporate or in-house capacity.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research programs.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar Association.
