An associate will work with partners, associates, and clients in a busy litigation practice and will be actively involved in the firm's expanding regional and national commercial litigation practice working out of the Springfield Office.

Uniform commercial code, transactional, commercial litigation and/or business bankruptcy experience preferred but the most important criteria is having a bright legal mind, a willingness to learn, a desire to do high quality legal work and grow with an established, successful firm. Firm is headquartered in Chicago with offices in Indiana and Missouri.
All candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school in the United States and be currently admitted to practice in Missouri. Active bar licenses must be and remain in good standing.
