• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
• Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure case efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• 2 years of experience practicing family law
• Admitted to the Texas State Bar and in good standing
• Experience handling contested and uncontested family law cases
• Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and effectively

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

•  Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
