Duties

• Defend employers and technology enterprises in data privacy class actions.
• Handle litigation related to data breaches, session replay, and wiretapping claims.
• Engage in pixel tracking litigation and right of publicity claims.
• Work on emerging privacy-related disputes in federal and state courts.

Requirements

• Two to five years of law firm litigation experience.
• Familiarity with BIPA, CIPA, and other privacy statutes.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities.
• Interest in data privacy law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Illinois.

Skills
