• Analyze medical records and draft legal documents, including memoranda and appeals.
• Provide client-requested analyses, including settlement and litigation assessments.
• Engage in marketing activities, such as writing articles and leading webinars.

Requirements

• Admission to practice law in New York State; 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent client service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office and Westlaw.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
