Duties

• Manage a caseload and assist with calendar coverage.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties and non-parties.
• Collaborate with client facilities and employees.
• Prepare clients for deposition and review medical records.
• Meet with experts and draft/review pleadings, motions, and discovery items.
• Handle all aspects of litigation and trial.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in NYS and in good standing.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Excellence in research, writing, and legal analysis.
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
