Duties

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases and related agreements.
• Supervise less experienced leasing attorneys.
• Interact with clients, opposing counsel, property managers, and brokers.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial leasing.
• Experience with office, retail, industrial, and life science leases.
• Substantial experience representing landlords.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
