The candidate must possess 3+ years of development and technical support experience, excellent communication skills, documentation, and customer service skills. Administrate, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform and modules such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Asset, Knowledge, and Self-Service Portal. Configure and deploy new workflow functionality within ServiceNow and related technologies. Understand business requirements and design solutions to fit them using various automation platforms. Collaborate with management to proactively address areas of business in which automation can be applied. Create supporting system documentation including requirement documents, design documents, and training guides. Work on issues and requests for platform assistance including end-user trouble inquiries, regular maintenance, enhancements, and defect fixes. Create custom reports and dashboards as well as generate KPIs and supporting metrics. Develop solutions that require good knowledge of JavaScript and Glide. Integrate and interface ServiceNow with other systems using services and other technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP, and POWERSHELL. Develop programs using web technologies such as JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, Ajax, Jelly, Glide, and jQuery. Work on any other tasks assigned by management. Must also be available to be included in on-call after-hours platform support. Should have 3+ years of development experience; excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills; 2+ years of ServiceNow Administration or Development experience; experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow Editor; 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Servers; 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10; 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration; 3+ years of experience in JavaScript development; ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) or ServiceNow Application Developer Certification (CAD). Should have experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent; experience with ServiceNow Mobile Apps; 2+ years of experience in PowerShell development; 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk Role; 2+ years of experience in Active directory; VMWare Horizon View experience; salesforce Administration experience.
