• Appear in Federal and State courts for employment litigation cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with labor investigations and court appearances.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.
