The candidate will be meeting with and advising clients. Will be in taking client information. Designing estate plan proposals. Reviewing document drafts. Signing and execution of documents with clients. Draft basic and intermediate estate planning documents. Administer probate estates in Maryland. Prepare accountings, prepare estate tax returns. Should have 3+ years of experience drafting estate planning documents and administering estates in Maryland. An existing book of business and/or referral partners is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in Maryland.
