Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of real estate law experience to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Orlando. Qualified candidate must have commensurate experience in real estate and financing transactions involving properties such as office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, etc. Candidate will have experience drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property management agreements, among others. Strong writing and communication skills are required.We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated associate who has demonstrated an ability to thrive in a busy, collegial environment, to assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Real Estate Practice Group. The candidate must be comfortable with direct interaction with both partners and clients and have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing and collaborative environment.To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
