Seeking Associate Attorney who has 3 - 5 years' useful and applicable experience. Candidate with Florida Bar admission preferred, eventually required. Must be quick, smart, discerning, and devoted to the best in client service. Must have an eye for accurate detail, good at the situational balance between independent action and team player, and be able to make daily, nuanced decisions which support our legal and financial success as a law business. Applicant should have experience in (i) residential and commercial real estate closings and issuance of title insurance (ii) real property sales and acquisitions, and (iii) leasing of commercial properties. Experience must include review and drafting of purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements and other related agreements, review of surveys and title commitments and TRID requirements. Experience with 1031 exchanges and FIRPTA preferred. Must have strong writing, research and analytical skills.
