Duties

• Litigate cases in court and represent clients in legal proceedings.

• Draft and respond to discovery, and engage in motion practice.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.

Preferred Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as an associate attorney or in a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
