A law firm seeks an experienced General Liability Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Miami, Florida. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, representing plaintiffs in various personal injury cases.

Duties

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury/general liability experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (FL required).

Skills

• Strong litigation and trial preparation skills.
• Proficient in case docket management software.
