Duties

• Handle a variety of insurance defense matters from file opening through resolution, including trial.
• Conduct depositions and intake with clients and other attorneys.
• Work autonomously while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Make court appearances as required.

Requirements

• New York bar admission required; New Jersey bar admission is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of New York court procedures.
• Proximity to the New York Courts within the NYC and Tri-State area.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
