A law firm seeks a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join its office in Cleveland, Ohio. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a team of skilled trial attorneys in the General Litigation and Transportation practice groups.

Duties

• Conduct discovery and manage all aspects of motion practice.
• Take and defend depositions effectively.
• Interact with expert witnesses to support case development.
• Perform comprehensive legal research and writing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Licensure in both Ohio and Michigan is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Ohio; Michigan preferred.
