Mid-level Associate

The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in leveraged financing transactions. Must have solid experience representing private equity firms or banks providing financing to private equity firms in debt financing transactions. Should have knowledge of credit agreements, high yield bond indentures, bridge facilities, commitment letters and term sheets, security and guarantee agreements and intercreditor and subordination agreements.
