Duties:

• Prepare, review, and submit complex legal motions including, but not limited to dispositive and evidentiary motions

• Ensure compliance with procedural rules and court-specific requirements throughout New York State

• Partner with litigation teams to shape case strategy and build compelling legal narratives

• Conduct in-depth legal research to support motion contentions and case positioning

• Maintain and organize legal documentation with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

• Track court deadlines and manage motion-related workflows efficiently

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in New York and good standing

• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in the field of personal injury law

• Demonstrated expertise in motion drafting and courtroom procedure

• Familiarity with court systems and rules specific to Nassau and Suffolk Counties

• Strong command of legal research tools and case law databases

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution

Certifications:
