Duties

• Structure, negotiate, and document a wide range of commercial lending transactions

• Represent banks and institutional lenders in C&I, real estate, and asset-based financing deals

• Draft and review loan agreements and related documentation

• Coordinate closely with clients and internal legal teams on deal execution

• Manage and prioritize multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking and financial services law

• Significant background handling complex commercial lending transactions

• Ability to manage competing priorities with a strategic and detail-focused mindset

• Demonstrated experience with both borrower- and lender-side transactions is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in New York (required)
