• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and contracts
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute legal strategies aligned with their business goals
• Maintain effective client communication and manage client expectations
• Manage deadlines and meet billing requirements set by the firm
• Build relationships within the firm and with external clients to enhance the business

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation
• Preferably possesses a background in real estate and corporate litigation
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to client service and legal excellence
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Some portable business is preferred, though not a strict requirement

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado
• Additional bar admissions in relevant jurisdictions are advantageous
