Duties:

• Analyze D&O and professional liability coverage issues.
• Prepare detailed coverage opinions.
• Handle insurance-related litigation, including taking depositions and attending court conferences.
• Draft and argue motions in court.
• Provide legal support to clients in insurance-related matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and development.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in insurance coverage, specifically D&O and professional liability issues.
• Strong litigation experience, including taking depositions and attending court conferences.
• Ability to draft and argue motions effectively.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverage law, particularly D&O and professional liability.
• Strong litigation skills, including deposition-taking and court appearances.
• Exceptional research and writing abilities.
