Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in litigation across multiple legal disciplines.
• Strong research skills with proficiency in LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents.
• Effective negotiation skills for client representation.

Education
