Duties
- Independently manage a litigation caseload

Requirements
- Minimum of two years' litigation experience
- Experience in asbestos and/or product liability litigation preferred
- Admitted to practice in Texas
- Experience with motion practice and depositions
- Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions
- Capable of independent work
- Work in an organized and efficient manner
Education
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Certifications
- Admitted to practice in Texas
