• Conduct due diligence activities related to mergers and acquisitions, assessing intellectual property assets.

Requirements:

• Registered with the USPTO.
• Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-14 years of relevant experience in intellectual property law.
• Excellent academic record and proficient writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Superior judgment and the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in CO.
