Duties:

• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions
• Draft and review complex corporate agreements and documents
• Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal guidance
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on high-stakes transactions
• Assist in negotiating terms and resolving legal issues
• Research and analyze complex legal issues related to corporate transactions
• Provide timely and effective legal solutions to clients
• Mentor and support junior associates in the practice group

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity
• Proven track record in handling complex transactional matters
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
